Were assigned limericks to write by the rule
How the students did cry
Their teachers said, “Please try!”
Now here’s the results and they’re really cool
There was an old dog named Randy
His paws were actually very handy
He could lace a shoe
Or steer a canoe
That old handy Randy is dandy

There once was a boy named Jay
Who said he liked to play with clay
To him it was fun
