Explore the fundamentals of cheesecake baking and how to avoid common pitfalls like cracks and over-baking.
Students will sample a variety of cheesecake flavors and toppings to discover just how versatile this classic dessert can be, and then prepare their own cheesecake.
Whether you’re a longtime cheesecake lover or have always been intimidated by making one from scratch, this class will give you the confidence and skills to create bakery-worthy cheesecakes at home.
