In this hands-on experience, guests will begin by tasting both a rich, decadent chocolate cake and a light, perfectly balanced vanilla cake, both completely vegan and full of flavor! After sampling, you’ll choose your favorite to create from scratch.
With step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn how to achieve moist, bakery-quality cakes without dairy or eggs, along with tips and techniques you can confidently recreate at home.
Throughout the class, enjoy a selection of delicious vegan appetizers, making this a well-rounded and satisfying culinary experience from start to finish.
You’ll leave with your own handmade cake and a full set of recipes so you can bring these plant-based creations to life again and again.
