Kyler’s Kitchen: Cookie Cake Magic

Grab your wand (or mixing spoon!) and join us for a magical baking adventure creating giant homemade cookie cakes loaded with your favorite mix-ins.
Learn the secrets to baking a soft, chewy cookie cake that’s perfect for any occasion. Then customize your creation with a variety of delicious mix-ins such as chocolate chips, marshmallows, sprinkles, and other fun add-ins.
You will also learn tips for achieving the perfect texture, preventing overbaking, and creating endless flavor combinations you can recreate at home.
To celebrate Wilson’s upcoming Wizarding Weekend, students will also enjoy a special magical treat during class: rich Butterbeer-inspired ice cream. It’s the perfect sweet companion to your freshly baked cookie cake.

  • Homemade Cheese Crackers — crispy, cheesy, buttery, and far better than anything from a box
  • Whipped Ricotta with Lemon Zest & Honey Bell Peppers — a bright, creamy appetizer that feels gourmet but comes together with ease
  • Mini Meatballs — perfectly seasoned bite-sized meatballs that are ideal for entertaining, meal rep, or game day gatherings.
Along the way, learn tips for make-ahead preparation, simple presentation ideas, and ways to customize these recipes for different occasions.
These approachable recipes are designed to help you build confidence in the kitchen while adding a few new favorites to your entertaining repertoire.

Kyler’s Kitchen: Cereal-ously Delicious Masterclass

Join Kyler’s Kitchen for a hands-on cereal desserts masterclass where classic breakfast favorites are transformed into creative, bakery-style sweets.

Participants will begin with a curated tasting of cereal-inspired desserts, including cookies, cakes, and bars, designed to showcase different flavor profiles and techniques. After sampling, each guest will select one dessert to create, receiving guided instruction throughout the process.

All materials provided. Plus, you’ll take home your finished product and recipes to recreate everything at home.
