Kyler’s Kitchen: Summer Fruit Tart Workshop

Celebrate the sweetest flavors of the season in this hands-on baking class featuring a beautiful and delicious summer fruit tart. In this class, learn how to create a stunning dessert that looks bakery-worthy but is surprisingly approachable to make at home. Work with fruits such as strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and other seasonal favorites.
Along the way, you’ll learn tips for preparing fruit, creating eye-catching designs, and assembling a dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings, brunches, holidays, or simply treating yourself.
Each participant will create their own fruit tart to take home and enjoy, and light appetizers will be served during class.

Gel Plate Shenanigans: Monoprinting 101 with Julie Ann Haas

Explore easy techniques and creative add-ins that take a pantry staple and turn it into a homemade dessert that tastes anything but ordinary.
Students will discover how different cake mix flavors can create completely unique brownie experiences, from chocolate-loaded favorites to creative seasonal combinations. Along the way, discuss mix-ins, toppings, and simple tricks that can help you customize recipes for parties, gifts, bake sales, or everyday treats. Each participant will prepare brownies to take home and enjoy.

Mosaics with Meri Workshop

You will also learn tips for achieving the perfect texture, preventing overbaking, and creating endless flavor combinations you can recreate at home.
