A variety of performances are staged at the beautifully renovated Edna Boykin Cultural Center in Historic Downtown Wilson, including the ACT! for Youth season, the Boykin Series, and the Playhouse of Wilson season. Additional performances are presented by Visions Community Theater, Dance Studio B, BPAC, Hunter's Dance, and several other local community arts groups.

Directed by Zachary Rayburn, music directed by Jim Grant, choreographed by Patricia Bradshaw, and produced by Janet Conner-Knox, Playhouse of Wilson is proud to present: “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” a musical revue based on the beloved Charles Schulz comic strip “Peanuts”. With charm, wit, and heart, “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” explores life through the eyes of Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang. The show opens on Friday, March 10th, and runs for two weekends; March 10th-12th and March 17th-19th at the Edna Boykin Cultural Center in Historic Downtown Wilson, NC. It is starring Devin Lackey as Snoopy, Caleb Skinner as Charlie Brown, Cameron Merrill as Linus, Shelton Carter as Schroeder, Meagan Culkin as Lucy, and Cindy Jones as Sally.
