As part of our planning, Wilson Arts is conducting a survey to assess and better understand the needs of people with disabilities in our community. Please take a moment to complete our brief survey. Community input is very important to our planning process and we thank you for your time! If you are filling out this survey on behalf of an individual with special accommodation needs, please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge.
