Immerse yourself in the art of figure drawing with our Figurative Drawing Sessions, guided by moderator Mike Radford. Experience dynamic live drawing with a rotating selection of professional models, featuring a blend of quick gesture sketches and extended poses. This workshop is designed for free, self-directed work with no formal instruction, making it ideal for artists of all skill levels. We provide easels, drawing boards, and a variety of mediums, but feel free to bring your own supplies as well. Join us for a session of creative exploration and skill enhancement!
Shibori Scarf Dyeing with SuSu Gordon

Discover the beauty of Shibori, the traditional Japanese resist dyeing technique! In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn various Shibori methods, including folding fabric into geometric shapes with clamping and the mesmerizing Arashi pole-wrapping resist technique.
Under guidance from instructor SuSu Gordon, you’ll create two stunning silk scarves, each uniquely patterned through these time-honored dyeing processes. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced textile artist, this class offers a fun and creative way to explore fabric manipulation and color transformation.
Join us for a relaxing and inspiring session and leave with wearable works of art! Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
Image Transfer Workshop with Erin Ives
Saturday, June 28 / 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Age: 14 & up (minors must be accompanied by an adult)
Cost: $25 per person
Learn how to do easy and beautiful image transfers with artist Erin Ives! Tape transfers are fun and accessible, creating transparencies to use in your artwork. Bring a printed 4×6 image from a laser printer or photocopy machine (not a magazine or inkjet printer), and you are ready! It can be any image -portrait, landscape, cityscape, color, black and white. Leave with a small work of art to place on a shelf in your home! Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
