A variety of performances are staged at the beautifully renovated 574-seat Edna Boykin Cultural Center in Historic Downtown Wilson. Wilson Arts produces and oversees the Boykin Series and ACT! for Youth program.
Additional performances are presented by local community arts organizations, such as Playhouse of Wilson, Vision Community Theatre Group, S2P2, Hunter’s Dance, Wilson Active Artists Association, and other entities who rent the space and oversee their own programming. Interested in renting The Edna Boykin Cultural Center for your performance? Visit our Rentals page for more information
Currently, the Wilson Active Artists Association uses the Hammond Gallery for art exhibitions and events through an agreement with Wilson Arts. Please visit their website, wilsonactiveartists.org, for more information about open gallery hours, upcoming events, or purchasing artwork.
Please note: All ticket sales are final. Tax will be added to all Wilson Arts ticket orders.
Tickets purchased directly through the Wilson Arts Box Office do not incur convenience fees. All tickets purchased through the Etix platform (Boykin Series) will have a convenience fee when ordered online, which you can now see immediately with All-In Pricing.
Refunds are only given in the event that the organizer cancels the event.
Children two and under are admitted for free to Wilson Arts-managed events. We kindly request that if children (of any age) become fussy during a performance, please step out into the lobby with them until they calm down.
