About the Show

Junie B. Jones is having a rough day—no, scratch that, a rough week! First off, she is about to lose her first tooth. What will she even look like once it comes out? And what does the tooth fairy want all those teeth for anyway? Even worse, everyone in her class except for her has been invited to her classmate Jim’s birthday party. Will Junie B. land that surprisingly elusive invitation? Return to Junie B.’s charming and witty world in JUNIE B. JONES: TOOTHLESS WONDER by Allison Gregory based on the book JunieB., First Grader: Toothless Wonder by Barbara Park.

Play | Approximately 60 minutes

JUNIE B. JONES: TOOTHLESS WONDER is presented by arrangement with Playscripts, Inc. www.playscripts.com

Relaxed Rules Information
A Relaxed Rules performance creates a more comfortable theater experience for audience members who may benefit from a less traditional setting. It’s especially welcoming for individuals with sensory sensitivities, autism, anxiety, or anyone who might find a typical theater environment a little tricky.
Here is what makes it special:
  • Gentler lights & sound - The house lights stay dim instead of going completely dark, and loud or sudden sounds are softened.
  • Move if you need to - Audience members can move around, make noise, or step out and come back in whenever needed. No problem!
  • No pressure to sit perfectly still - Reactions, giggles, whispers, and wiggling are all okay here. Because everyone deserves to enjoy the magic of theater. Even if they have a wiggly tooth or a wiggly body.
  • Sensory Backpacks with headphones and fidget items are also available to check out at the Box Office if they would help make the experience more comfortable.
So if you know someone who might love a theater experience like this, please help spread the word. Anybody is welcome at any time, but some may just feel more comfortable at the Relaxed Rules show.
We want everyone to feel welcome at the theater!
Saturday, March 14 | 11 AM
