Boykin Series

JOIN US AS THE BOYKIN SERIES CELEBRATES ITS 28TH SEASON! 
Since 1996, the Boykin Series has hosted a variety of professional performances, including a cappella, bluegrass, classical, classic rock, dance, comedy, country, easy listening, jazz, and rock and roll. The Boykin Series Committee and our staff have worked diligently on events for this season, which will include an amazing and eclectic assortment of professional entertainment that will allow us to provide exciting and enjoyable cultural experiences for our community!
All performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will be held in the Edna Boykin Cultural Center at 108 Nash Street NE in Wilson, NC. Sales tax and fees will be added to ticket purchases.
It’s going to be a GREAT season – and we can’t wait to see YOU at the Boykin Center!

SERIES 28 SEASON TICKET INFORMATION

The Full 8-Show Season Package is available at the following rates:
$290 per seat for 2025 Wilson Arts members | $330 for general public

Fall 2025 ONLY (4 shows): $140 for 2025 members | $160 for general public
Spring 2026 ONLY (4 shows): $150 for 2025 members | $170 for general public

Season Ticket Renewals open June 3 at 10 AM and end June 15.
Renewals can be done through the box office or by mail.
Current season ticket holders will receive a renewal notice in the mail with details.

New Season Ticket Purchases with "Same Seat" Guarantee:
June 16-18: Wilson Arts 2025 member presale
June 19: Open to the public

Season ticket pricing remains available until the first show of the season.
However, after June 27 same seat placement cannot be guaranteed.
Applicable taxes and fees are added to all ticket sales.

All Etix tickets will have a convenience fee, which you can now see immediately with All-In Pricing. Refunds for tickets are only given in the event that the organizer cancels the event.

BALSAM RANGE

With roots deep in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Balsam Range has become one of the most celebrated acts in modern bluegrass. Formed in 2007 from a humble kitchen jam session, the group has since earned 13 IBMA Awards, including multiple wins for Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year, and Vocal Group of the Year. RHONDA VINCENT

KAREN MORGAN

Karen Morgan, a former trial attorney turned stand-up comedian, was born and raised in Athens, Georgia but now calls Cumberland, Maine home. Known for her clean, clever comedy and Southern charm, Karen has two hit Dry Bar Comedy Specials—Rub Some Dirt On It (2023), named #4 in Dry Bar’s Top 10 Clips of the Year, and Go Dawgs! (2020). She was recently featured on The Talk on CBS, and her latest audio album, Shiny Happy People Laughing—named with kind permission from hometown legends R.E.M.—can be heard exclusively on SiriusXM. Karen’s comedy resonates across theaters, corporate events, and civic gatherings nationwide, offering hilarious, nostalgic takes on growing up unsupervised and dehydrated, parenting, and everyday absurdities. Still licensed to practice law in Maine and Georgia, Karen is also an avid open water swimmer and happily performs anywhere with a Waffle House nearby.
