WHAT TO EXPECT
We are so grateful for your contribution to Miniature Masterpieces 2026. Your generosity and creativity make this event possible, and we’re excited to celebrate your work with the community.

  • Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for check-in, refreshments, and mingling
  • At 7:00 p.m., artwork selections will begin for attendees who have a paid reservation
  • The event concludes at 8:00 p.m.


ARTIST CHECK-IN

  • Artists are invited to check in at 6:00 p.m.
  • Please check in at the artist check-in table upon arrival


ARTWORK & EXPERIENCE

  • Miniature Masterpieces are claimed by ticketed guests through the number selection process
  • As a contributing artist, we invite you to enjoy the evening, see your work on display, and connect with guests experiencing your piece
  • Artwork tastes are personal, so there may be some trading going on


RAFFLE
Raffle tickets are reserved for ticketed guests participating in the event


GUEST POLICY

  • Due to capacity and the structure of the event, all attendees must have a reservation.  These are $55 per person.
  • If you plan to bring a guest, please ensure they have purchased a reservation in advance or at the door


FOOD & DRINKS
Hors D’oeuvres will be available in the Brown Family Studio 1 and beverages will be available in the Truist Event Gallery.

Wilson Arts does not serve alcohol at events. However, we are located within the Downtown Social District, and guests are welcome to bring drinks from participating downtown establishments.

  • Free parking lot available behind the building (access via Barnes Street due to construction)
  • Street parking available on Nash and Goldsboro Streets
  • Additional parking available at Carolina Family Health (after hours)


ACCESSIBILITY

  • Closest access is via street parking at the front of the building
  • The rear parking lot does not provide direct access to the entrance
  • A wheelchair is available for use
  • Bench seating is available throughout the gallery
  • Sensory backpacks are available at the reception desk and include tools to support comfort and engagement.
