WHAT TO EXPECT
We’re excited to welcome you to Miniature Masterpieces 2026. Here’s everything you need to know for a fun and seamless evening.
• Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for check-in, refreshments, and mingling
• At 7:00 p.m., you’ll claim your Miniature Masterpiece
• At 7:30 p.m., raffle drawing (you must present to win)
• The event concludes at 8:00 p.m.
GUEST POLICY
All attendees must have a reservation. Reservations are $55 and may be purchased at the door.
CHECK-IN & ARTWORK SELECTION
• Check-in will be split across two tables by the first letter of the ticket purchaser’s last name
• No physical tickets are required—just provide your name
• Upon check-in, you will draw a number
• This number corresponds to a Miniature Masterpiece displayed in the gallery
• Please do not remove artwork from the walls; volunteers will assist you at 7:00 p.m. after the announcement
• We want everyone to have time to enjoy the artwork before selections begin
CLAIMING YOUR ARTWORK
• An announcement will be made at 7:00 p.m., after which volunteers will help retrieve your piece
• Volunteers will be wearing nametags and stationed throughout the gallery
• If you are unable to attend, staff will pull your number at 7:30 p.m.
• Final call to claim artwork is 7:45 p.m.
TRADING & FRAMING
• Trading: Feel free to trade with other guests—art tastes are personal
• Framing: Frames are available for purchase at $45 each
• You may purchase a frame at the beginning of the event and choose your color after claiming your artwork
REFRESHMENTS
Hors d’oeuvres will be available in the Brown Family Studio 1, and sips will be in the Truist Event Gallery.

Wilson Arts does not serve alcohol at events. However, we are located within the Downtown Social District, and guests are welcome to bring drinks from participating downtown establishments.
NEW! RAFFLE
Raffle tickets are available for $10 each for a chance to win additional artwork.
Tickets can be purchased at the check-in station.
SEATING
Cocktail tables, chairs, and benches will be available throughout the space

The Wilson Arts Center is located at 204 Nash Street S, Wilson, NC 27893.

• Free parking lot available behind the building
• Street parking available on Nash and Goldsboro Streets
• Additional parking available at Carolina Family Health (after hours)
ACCESSIBILITY
• Closest access is via street parking at the front of the building
• The rear parking lot does not provide direct access to the entrance
• A wheelchair is available for use
• Bench seating is available throughout the gallery
Sensory backpacks are available at the reception desk and include tools to support comfort and engagement.
