Performance Date and Time
Thursday, May 16 at 7:00 p.m.
The box office will open one hour before showtime for at-door ticket purchases and Will Call pickup.
About the Show
Formed in August 2014, the Moonlight Swing Band started out paying tribute to the big band era of the 1930s and 1940s. While the band maintains its roots, it now plays some of the best soul, rhythm & blues, and even some Carolina Beach Music. They are so please, on the occasion of their 10th anniversary, to honor the Sardams, who disbanded in 2008 but have reunited for tonight's performance.
Directions and Parking
The Edna Boykin Cultural Center is located at 108 Nash Street NE, Wilson, NC 27893. You can find detailed directions on our website at https://www.wilsonarts.com/directions. The Edna Boykin Cultural Center does not have its own parking lot. Street parking is available on Tarboro, Nash, and Pine Streets. After-hours parking is permitted in surrounding lots.

Parking: Thanks to Farris & Thomas Law next door, we are now able to offer their parking area at 104 Nash St N (corner of Nash St and Tarboro St) as accessibility parking. Space is limited.Â

Inside the theater: If you or someone in your party requires assistance due to mobility issues, please inform the box office for early and comfortable seating arrangements. The main floor is wheelchair accessible with companion seating. However, our balcony level is only accessible by stairway and is not advised for those with mobility issues.Â
TicketsÂ
Please ensure you have either a printed or mobile ticket. For mobile tickets, adjust your screen brightness for optimal scanning. If you encounter issues with your ticket, visit the Box Office for assistance. If you have not purchased a ticket yet, you may do so online at www.wilsonarts.com/tickets or call 252-291-4329.
Seating
The house (theater term for where the audience sits) opens approximately 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is reserved and your seat assignment can be found on your ticket. Ushers are available if you need help.
Electronics/Flash Photography
Please make sure to silence your cell phones before the show begins. If you need to take a call, please quietly exit into the lobby.Â
Videography and non-flash photography are permitted for this show.
Concessions
The concessions stand will be open before the performance and during intermission with a variety of candy, snacks, water and soft drinks.
Payments accepted: cash and major credit cards.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not served at performances in the Boykin Center at this time. However, you may bring social district drinks from participating establishments within the Historic Downtown Wilson Social District.
